in 2012, a Food company defined a strategic plan for the next 5 years to increase its leadership in France.

The mission was a part of a global project for implementing SAP within the Group.

Levels of maturity was very heterogenous. The mission had for objectives to perform a maturity analysis, and developing a commun vision  with a To Be vision of the Supply Chain : business rules, processes...

Transportation strategy benchmark and outsourcing

In the context or reviewing its outsourcing strategy, an automative manufacturer wished to benchmark its transportation strategy in order to align it on the best practices and assess the possibility to rationalize its network of carriers. After assessing its transportation maturity and benchmark it, we were able to develop recommandations.

Tariffs re-negociation and operational costs improvement

A outsourced site for an e-shopper suffered 5 M€/year loses and 3M€/year penalties.

The mission objective was to avoid a contract termination by optimizing service level, cost and by negotiating new tariffs. The final goal was to revive profitability, and to reach the required service level to improve relationship with the customer.

Post-Go Live support

Since the Go-Live for a WMS, a dealer in the automotive sector encountered many issues decreasing its performance.

The mission had for objectives to recover the productivity and the service level established before the Go Live.

In order to develop innovation in its warehouses, a logistics provider wants to perform inventories by using drones. The mission had for objectives to evaluate the technical, operational and financial feasibility, and then to perform a POC.

A large automative company wanted to outsource their warehousing activities on an external site (currently based into the factory).

The mission was to quote the new activity (FTE, HR, investments...) and finding significant profits VS As IS state.

Design of complete logistics solutions

For many major players in industry, retail, e-shopping, quotation of outsourcing logistics solutions.

The projects have for objectives to design end to end warehousing and transportation solutions (people, localization, type of building, mechanization, IT system, handling materials....) with associated costs. 

The proposal was based on a technical and commercial offer, with an associated tariff grid.

Support for deploying a mechanized hub for parcels sorting

A carrier specialized in the parcel delivery moved its sorting activity from a manual hub to an automatized hub.

The company needed a project director, able to help them during the whole phase of deployment, from the study to the Go Live and the Ramp up.

The mission included monitoring and coordinating the : sorter installation, building equipments (safety, security, electricity...), test phase, and all the stakeholders involved in the project
